History

Our mission was simple: reinvent the credit repair industry. We understood we were entering an industry wrought with suspicion and disdain. Yet there were too many people in need of an efficient credit restoration company that operated with discipline and integrity.

So we did it. We put our heads and hearts together and found a better way to serve our customers. A better way to get things done. It wasn’t just a matter of rethinking the credit "repair" industry but rather, reinventing it; working smarter, faster, and with a lot more integrity. Sure, others have said it, but only we have the know-how to live it. So with that, we say “Enough!” Enough with the credit industry of old. Enough with the broken promises. Enough with the lack of accountability and reading between the lines. Enough with processing delays, bottlenecks and errors left unfixed.

How We Did It

First, we changed the mindset from “repair” to restoration”. Next, good practices were developed, tested and refined into best practices. We created a software that would allow us to operate at optimum efficiency, allow for continuous improvement, guarantee transparency and provide the best partner experience.

About Our Staff

The professional staff of Get Credit Healthy includes bilingual and bicultural staff with over 25 years of combined consultative experience with concentration on innovative marketing, research and development, and trainings toward financial education targeting populations with diverse cultures. Get Credit Healthy internal Credit Wellness Advisors are Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) & FICO certified.
